Has anyone else ever noticed that these signs fail to require pants?

I have noticed that. First noticed it years ago. I have not seen many people leaving off their pants before entering those places though. Not sure why that is.

I have a feeling that the indecent exposure legislation covers any gaps in the store signs.
Andrew is probably right. Still …
But really, health regulations cover the shirt and shoes, and are in fact the reason for the signs.
Maybe someone should make up “No Pants, No Service” signs (ideally with a stick figure graphic) to append to the existing ones.
