  1. I have noticed that. First noticed it years ago. I have not seen many people leaving off their pants before entering those places though. Not sure why that is.

  2. But really, health regulations cover the shirt and shoes, and are in fact the reason for the signs.

    Maybe someone should make up “No Pants, No Service” signs (ideally with a stick figure graphic) to append to the existing ones.
