I&#8217;ve been trying my hand with Photomatix, which has given be slightly better results:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_mmd_0\" class=\"wp-block-image alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/n1zyy\/2511073757\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> title=&#8221;HDR Front Yard by n1zyy, on Flickr&#8221;><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3284\/2511073757_c7a2f33bd0.jpg\" width=\"332\" height=\"500\" alt=\"HDR Front Yard\"><\/a><\/figure>\n<p>It&#8217;s worth noting that those <em>were<\/em> dark, ominous clouds. I shot this with auto bracketing on in my camera, meaning it took one &#8220;normal&#8221; shot, one overexposed +2 EV, and one underexposed -2 EV.
