(Which, if it&#8217;s anything like jogging after eating, I highly recommend you not do. Trust me.)<\/p>\n<p>But why bother? Just like going for a walk, sitting back and sipping a nice cold Diet Coke is <em>also<\/em> energizing and relaxing.<\/p>\n<p>What am I doing to stay fit?
