{"id":1047,"date":"2008-09-03T11:16:44","date_gmt":"2008-09-03T15:16:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.n1zyy.com\/n1zyy\/?p=1047"},"modified":"2008-09-03T11:16:44","modified_gmt":"2008-09-03T15:16:44","slug":"chef-matt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.n1zyy.com\/n1zyy\/2008\/09\/03\/chef-matt\/","title":{"rendered":"Chef Matt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Besides a passion for <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.n1zyy.com\/n1zyy\/2008\/08\/28\/something-delicious\/\">pouring Tabasco sauce all over food<\/a>, I have another observation that I think qualifies me as a top-notch chef: <em>crunchiness<\/em> is an important quality of food.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, you probably don&#8217;t want crunchiness on everything, but it&#8217;s worth considering.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s Meat Sandwich? (Actually, a Meat Wrap, though it&#8217;s more because we&#8217;re out of bread than health-consciousness.) Pepperoni, turkey, cheese, Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce and&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A few ground-up corn chips. Incidentally, I think I nailed the perfect level of crunch the first time around. Too much and it&#8217;s like, err, eating ground-up corn chips, not eating a sandwich. But too few and it&#8217;s terribly bland.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m so totally going to open a restaurant.
