I first saw this when a <a href=\"http:\/\/606diaries.com\">coworker<\/a> sent me a <a href=\"http:\/\/wvs.topleftpixel.com\/08\/05\/22\/\">link<\/a> to the <a href=\"http:\/\/wvs.topleftpixel.com\/\">daily dose of imagery<\/a>. It was a photo of a parking lot, but I couldn&#8217;t tell whether it was real, or whether it was a model.<\/p>\n<p>But apparently this picture is not alone. In fact, there are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/groups\/tilt-shift_fake_psp\/\">entire Flickr groups<\/a> devoted to this. And it&#8217;s really rather amazing &#8212; the insanely shallow depth of field plays horrible tricks on your brain and can actually convince you that you&#8217;re looking at something miniature.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/the_black_rabbit\/2575073631\/in\/pool-tilt-shift_fake_psp\">One of my favorites<\/a> so far.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s an interesting hobby: taking real photos and making them look like they&#8217;re photos of a model.
