This is way funnier than it should be. I do wonder who writes to their maid about the free soap, though, but it does quickly mushroom out of control.

I have been very frustrated with several “customer service” email exchanges in recent years that could easily fit in with the example. Some times Ithink they just don’t understand English. other times I think they don’t know how to solve my problem but think that if they attempt to solve some other problem I’ll be happy.
