Except that the people who don't know enough to use a search engine are generally really bad about how they use it once they are pointed to one. That being said I do get a lot of questions that people could search for themselves. Occasionally I will do a search if I have the time, interest and its in my self-interest to do so. Lately though I have been telling people to search on their own. Especially when they ask for for something local to them and they are on the other side of the world. Yeah great.
